Development Assistant - Anonymous employee AAUW Employee Review

Shockingly I found it to be one of the absolute worst environments to work in for a woman. My bosses were constantly making comments about my weight and appearance, and for what I was getting paid there were unfair expectations of hours worked. There was an air of women trying to get ahead of each other through manipulation and backstabbing. My boss at one point asked me to report to her any time two of my coworkers would meet, as she was afraid that she was being edged out of her position. It was not a happy environment.
