Payment was not flexible since they are in EU

They talk about the importance of great culture and really mean it. - Completely remote, with yearly Workations somewhere in Europe - Fast growing company that isn't afraid to take risks, change things, and listen to new ideas. - Everyone is willing to step up to help others in the team, they have transitioned from a start up to a healthy growing company without losing that spark or that desire to create something better. - Great work-life balance

- Nothing really. Nearly everyone is a contractor due to the globally remote nature of work, so that's a con for some.
