Pros
The Team at AAVA was just great. I’m still in touch with people I met at AAVA. I was given great opportunities to showcase my skills in addition to projects and was able to grow my Marketing and Managements Skills, which the Company Supported me in both on an individual level but also via paid courses. The Salary was also on point and competitive compared to the general Market. I also got a raise and a bonus for going above my KPIs. The leadership knew what they were doing (Company grew every year) and also listened to me. I’d say empathy was high among leadership. I would definitely recommend AAVA to everyone, they do take good care of you and support your growth!
Cons
The Team is predominantly remote, so I would have wanted to have a bit more face to face / real world interaction with the whole team.
