Pros
Opportunity to grow is big here, there is plenty of things to fix, and you can quickly deliver nice results. Company is backed up by very rich private equity - financialy strong.
Cons
unfortunatelly quite a chaos, company is merged from many small companies and connections/ bindings from last owners (now directors) is tough and hard to penetrate. Very low margins on their products.
