      Pay but you may not get all your hours due to the clients coming whenever they want

      Cons

      Everything. Not a good company to work for. Lead RBTs are not knowledgeable. Poor training due to lack of training of RBTs. Owner is never there to know what’s going on. Kids are not progressing.
