      Pros

      Supervisors were very prompt in responding to needs, questions, and feedback. Very supportive environment, especially for people new to the field of ABA.

      Cons

      While there was a lot of "virtual" online and phone support, there was minimal in person supervision and hands on support. Meeting in person didn't happen as often as I would have liked.

      Thank you for your review. At ABA Works we really listen to our team. We now have every month in person trainings with the whole team; 1 time per quarter workshops and on top of that, during the month small group trainings. Soon our 40 our RBT training will also be required when our staff starts.

      ABA Works is the best! As a BT, I felt supported from day one. Everyone is super helpful and always willing to jump in when you need it.

      Pros

      ABA Works is comprised of a team of highly trained professional behavior analysts and technicians. Everyone is knowledgeable, patient, and they break down the fundamentals of ABA for you. Whether you’re an experienced BT or a newcomer in the field I highly recommend to check them out. Clinic based and home cases based on your requests as well.

      Cons

      Parking is a downside but that’s almost everywhere in socal.
