Pros
Really fun employees, well-structured company. Salary was negotiable. Great job & company if you are planning to advance in your RBT certification and obtain higher licensing in the field.
Cons
Only complaints is the work schedule and sick days. Higher ups get fed up when you get sick even when it is uncontrollable. Lack of proper communication.
