Pros
Can't think of many. The people they employ are generally aged between 20-30 years. all the directors are 40+ (and all millionaires). General camaraderie is good and upbeat.
Cons
Bad management. It's all about the money - which is fine and good for business growth, but if you can't make quota, even though you're working to the rule and working you're butt off, you're no longer required. Harsh. and particularly unfair if you're just starting out in life!
