Pros
ABB is a true multinational and multicultural company with a strong integrity culture and a clear focus on technology and generating a profitable business. The company offers many opportunities to work in different businesses and to have a great international experience if one desires to. In general, there is a very healthy and positive company culture that overrides individual personalities.
Cons
As in any big company, some processes are complex, lengthy and frustrating. While some business units are global leaders in their market segment, others lag the competition and often suffer constant reorganizations. However, this just applies to a few specific business units and is not representative of the company as a whole.
