- Can be a bit hierarchical - Culture widely varies by business unit/network/department; - Company is a bit silo'd, so it's not the easiest place to network across departments/business units - Heavy internal competition for any job opening - Probably one of the most "corporate" networks in the entertainment industry - Diversity didn't always seem to be a priority - Younger employees tend to leave after a couple years
