Pros
- great team who truly cares about their role, the customers and one another - work from home is a benefit - workday is not micromanaged - flexible with time off, appointments and so forth - great product - opportunity to learn a lot about tech & the overall industry - a great place to get started in tech
Cons
- disconnect between parent company and Trainerize - upper management has a lack of understanding of how much work the team does and that it is unreasonable - a lot of times feels like upper management is not listening - promotions are a bit iffy - seems like favouritism has occurred more than once - pay is not aligned with amount of work performed - there is no WFH budget for setting up a home office properly - KPIs/metrics were created years ago but they no longer align with current work so this forces people to do even more to keep up with KPIs - lack of immediate director/manager for over 4 months
