      Pros

      The company is very focused on one team mindset and I really enjoy that. Also lately some benefits such as Pension, Fitness benefits have been implemented. Also the option to work from home made my life so much easier and I feel I can do much more of my work and contribute more to the company.

      Cons

      I think the company still has room to implement a better structure for career progression and make sure these plans will be followed.

      Summer Bi-weekly Fridays off, quarterly disconnect days, unlimited PTO,

      Cons

      Too corporate, bad to no culture, toxic work environment, no recognition. Endless work, unclear objectives and goals from senior leadership and management. Little budget to hire good talent, no budget to promote.
