The children and families are deserving and very appreciative of efforts from front line staff
Cons
Management operates using fear based tactics. They set meeting with no context (that interfere with lunch break) show favourtism to employees who assimilate and gossip about front line staff; while reprimanding those staff about gossiping. Very high turn over rate so often short staffed, you will be tasked with doing your job and covering for others
