Pros
For the most part the coworkers are great. The pay is only slightly below big companies. The insurances and time off policies are great.
Cons
The management is absolutely horrid. Negates all positives. The entire management and some normal workers are just a circle of friends and family of the owner who have all been there forever and can get away with actually anything. These people can treat you however they want and never have any repercussions or dance rof losing their job. Good luck reporting anything wrong. Makes no difference.
