Pros
The teams are cooperative and people mostly have a great attitude. We all chip in to help until all of the work is done. I grew up in a big family so this feeling is familiar to me. My manager does everything for his team and he led camping and canoeing trips for anyone who wanted to go and he even taught be beekeeping. I went through a rough spot last year and my manager told me to speak with the compnay 's CEO. I didn't want to bother her because she's kind of famous and I didn't think she would have time for me. I had a meeting with her and she cared so much. She helped me find the resources my family needed and she has followed up with me a bunch of times to make sure I'm okay. I appreceate that this comapny cares so much about its employees and takes a personalized approach. I remember what she told me. She said we believe that people aren't disposable here. My manager sometimes comes to me and says he has a budget for extra raises. I've actually gotten more than the number of raises I expected. I received five raises since I've been here with averages more than two raises a year.
Cons
I can't think of any cons. People in every company everywhere want more money so I could say more money, but I know the company actually is very generous with its employees so I don't really see it as a con. As the company has grown, employee salaries are growing with it. No cons.
