Pros
This dealership really has it together. They offer tons of extended training, games and prizes to motivate the staff, and a real chance to move up the company ladder if you are willing to work for it. I have made great money working here, have receive a promotion, and have meet a lot of friends along the way. I love it here!
Cons
There are times of the year when hours can be long, but it's a necessary evil. You will have to stay late if a customer needs assistance, but their purchase can make or break your paycheck. If you don't have the freedom to stay late, this is not the right job for you.
