A ton of issues getting into the HR system and with my ABC email Bathrooms get crowded/long lines during peak class-change times

Incredibly friendly and welcoming team; makes you truly feel like part of a family. Supportive and approachable leadership; the best boss I've ever worked with. She is understanding, compassionate and real. Open communication and a culture where your input is genuinely valued. Great perks including regular fun events for staff and students plus staff only events (team dinners, themed days, parties, offsite activities, celebrating birthday's etc.) that boost morale and team connection. Opportunities for professional development and internal growth. The Director stands up for and always backs her team, something I have not experienced past positions. It is very comforting knowing she stands behind her staff. Supportive culture.
