Didn’t pay staff properly or on time, complete con and fraud of a school, run by people who don’t know or care what they are doing.

It’s completely void of any pros

A lot of teachers do not get paid, owed a lot of money by the school, myself included. Horrible, unfriendly management, HR particularly- the man in HR is very unpleasant and unprofessional, often shouting and getting angry with his temper. There is no one keeping him in check. SLT have high standards yet do not meet them themselves. SLT don’t respond to emails, but expect teachers to. No resources for the children, it is like an empty concrete box. There aren’t basic amenities at the school. (Soap and toilet paper are never available, amongst other essential things) Structure of the day is incredibly tough, no consistent breaks for staff. High expectations from parents who don’t know how bad the school really is and should look at taking their poor kids elsewhere. Do not even think about coming to work here!!!
