-All the company systems Always crash -Company has bad reputation with most of its current and ex customers, so can be frustrating as an engineer constantly being told “Abca are sh*t” - very rare get any response from office staff / Managers and Even HR - Wages always wrong - Time sheets get changed without any warning - never know who to go to when have issues and if you have issues normally takes around 4 days to resolve. -Planning for Engineers is Awful -No training opportunities -Lack of progression -Clicky Employee a lot of people that have no idea what there doing Engineering & Admin A lot of people leaving in short period of time

Its better than benefits if can put up with it

Poor managment ,bad attitude ,all employees are criminals ,£1000 van excess,unrealistic exspectations of the simple things.
