I've had a great experience working here. The leadership is supportive, the team culture is strong, and there's plenty of room to learn and advance. Benefits are competitive and work-life balance is respected. Definitely a company that invests in its people.
Cons
Unfortunately, my time here was not positive. Micromanagement, unclear goals, and favoritism made it hard to do good work. Feedback wasn’t welcomed and employee morale seemed low across departments.
