The general employee group is dedicated and caring. There is something special about working for a Credit Union as they really are part of the community you are in. Connecting with the membership and building relationships is very fulfilling.

Members of the executive team are self-serving and shame the employee group. I would never recommend anyone work for this organization. Training is non-existent and the structure changes regularly leaving the employees constantly wondering who does what. Communication rarely occurs and even when it is distributed it often changes quickly without any discussion. Staff are asked to challenge norms and think outside the box while simultaneously being punished for not fitting in.
