Cons
Needs more flexibility. 's occasionally overwhelming to have a constant stream of opinions from everyone, including people who lack full context and are speaking up anyway. - It's easy to work too much/too hard, because there's just an enormous amount of work that needs to be done and things move at a fast pace. You have to set boundaries (and you can). - The sheer volume of information/communication shared in the company in a day is mind-boggling. If you try to keep up with it, you'll drown. You have to find the right volume and channels and make peace with ignoring the rest.
