This is the worst company to work. Management(the owners of the company) harass employees. They threaten you in all possible ways. They humiliate employees for no reason. Working for the management is as good as committing for slavery. They do not respect personal space. A corrupt organisation, no ethics. Salary is deducted all the time. No holidays. All employees are stressed. Suggest uncomfortable situations to female employees and if you do not accept these terms you are told you are non performer. Male employees are treated like labour class. Made to do low jobs before and during event. No respect for men in the organisation. Working conditions are so terrible. No over time even if you have worked more than 24 hours continuously and if you have worked on holidays. If you don't do labour work during the event you are termed as non performer. Basically if you do not become management's slave you are a non performer. Even if you are hard working sincere that is no criteria of a good employee. You are still non-performer. Male employees are also delivery agents. Better to work in a courier company than work in this company. If you do not gossip with management you are non-performer. There is no rule on why you will be termed non performer. Employees who gossip with management and do absolutely no work are "Good Performing Employees". HR will lie to you with fake promises to make you join the company. If you take 1 day sick leave also your salary is deducted. You can't even breathe without salary getting deducted. The management (the owners of the company) has no ethics, teach unethical practices. Also are involved in unethical practice. No appraisals and no increment. Even after working more than 2 years no increment. Management troubles employees by paying salaries late! Always late. Salary given after 17th or 18th day of month. Management (the owners of the company) are very inhumane. The worst company, terrible people to work for. If one joins this company there life is made miserable.
