Can't think of any pros. Somehow they manage and continue to grow.
Cons
No support for staff memebers. Your job will change multiple times. No clear idea of who's responsibility is what. People don't answer their phone or don't want to take accountability. Also the pay is definitely not worth the deteriorating mental health. Low moral standards
