      Work remotely and a Flexible schedule

      Cons

      Do more with less should be their motto. Expected to do manager work for no additional pay. Over worked and who can take time off is limited to two people per day because we are behind due to being understaffed.

      Stable work with hours that perfectly worked for me.

      Cons

      The location I was at went 2 years without an onsite manager which made it a bit chaotic. Had to learn a ton which gave me growth.
