      Few good people amongst the the rest. Daily "safety" meetings

      Cons

      Management has no communication skills lacks emotional intelligence gets angry easy cussing at employees and has a 'just get it done' mentality with jobs without proper preparation for said job. Favoritism is heavy here. No room for Advancement opportunities

      Stable work with hours that perfectly worked for me.

      Cons

      The location I was at went 2 years without an onsite manager which made it a bit chaotic. Had to learn a ton which gave me growth.
