Pros
I have worked at ABM for going on 5 years now. Flexibility is my number one pro. I personally feel incredibly appreciated and love the job itself. I love the tech's and my management. 3 day weekend is nice as well
Cons
There is alot to learn. It's not an easy job to train for but once you know it, it becomes incredibly easy
