All I can think of is the nice office and location

There's no clear vision or strategy, and priorities change constantly depending on who’s in the room. Blame-shifting, favoritism and micromanagement are the norm. People leave frequently, often without backflips which puts more pressure on those remain. There's no real investment in employee growth or advancement. Promotions and recognitions are inconsistent at best. Major decisions are made behind closed doors and trickle down with little to no transparency.
