ABR has continued to push out their top leaders to the point where the company no longer adheres to their values & what once made them an exceptional employer. Their requirements during covid were absolutely ridiculous, especially when a number of their employees were working remotely. For years, they have set unreasonable KPIs given the current job market/unemployment rates and the lousy jobs they have available for you to fill. If you consider yourself a follower and extremely liberal, you'll probably fit in great. If you swing even slightly more conservative and are on the outspoken side/someone who sticks up for their values & beliefs (both personally & professionally) this isn't the company for you. I'll be very surprised if they don't continue to downsize and eventually are non-existent.
