Pros

The pay is pretty decent. Entry level in my area is 18/hr. My manager is pretty relaxed and empowers us to do what needs to be done

It really depends on the store manager, and some like to yell and be controlling/dismissive. The sexism is pretty blatant. Women work in front, men in back. The company was eaten by another corporation, and who knows how that will go. Micromanagment from corporate sometimes trickles into the office. CSRs are overworked constantly and every one in the last 6 years has cried in the office. Sexism and racism is a real issue in the industry, and active steps need to be looked at in the environment. It is apparently common that employees are overworked, and breaks are not given. This is a systemic legal issue that is culture related.

Taking time off was easy Great co workers

Cons

Management: Toxic attitude to customers Very rude to employees Holds people back from true potential Disorganized Holds grudges Gets upset when product needs to be ordered Will not take advice or criticism lightly Expects too much and you can never do enough UPPER MANAGEMENT IS NO BETTER. This specific position should be labeled as “underpaid janitor” you’re the bottom of the barrel. I do not recommend this job/company or position to anyone.
