It is hard to get the younger generation into the printing industry

In the 4 years that I have been here, I have really seen the company make significant changes in the right direction. They have replaced the "bad apples" in the company and the culture is much more positive now. The company is extremely supportive in highlighting employee's skillset and allowing them to move departments that are a better fit for them. I personally expressed an interest in a different role than I was hired for and management supported me with no questions asked and have done a great job of encouraging me, supporting me and teaching me the necessary skills. They genuinely want the best for employees and are willing to give employees the room to grow.

Majority of employees are older, need to help encourage younger people to join the print industry.
