Pros

It's is a place that pushes your creative limits. The projects are bold and detail-oriented, with a culture that values experimentation and collaboration. The founders and entire management team sets high standards and stays very hands-on, vision keeps the team inspired and the creative works are world-class. Stating again, that the quality bar is high, from ideas, storytelling to design execution and this makes the work incredibly rewarding. For me working here, has been one of the most creatively fulfilling chapters of my career.

Cons

Timelines can get super intense because of the studio’s high ambition.

Pros

It’s a vision-driven company with a truly meaningful product lineup. I had the chance to contribute to the design systems for a few in-house projects and mentor some of the team members along the way. The interview process was tough, five rounds... but in hindsight, I really appreciated it. The founding team is incredibly curious, supportive, and communicative. The culture isn’t loud or chaotic like many startups, but it feels genuine and warm, almost like home. Most teams, especially the creatives, work remotely, and everything runs on Zoho Cloud. Overall, it was a great experience. I’d definitely love to collaborate with them again on future projects.

Cons

I read what other employees mentioned here, and I’d agree with most of it, ie. there’s a lot going on at once. That said, they’re not starting everything from scratch. I got the chance to see their projects up close, and honestly, they’ve built some impressive stuff behind the scenes, products and systems that never make it to social media. Their social presence is definitely a weak point. They hardly post or promote their work. When I asked about it, the team said they prefer to market only when the timing feels right. I get the logic, but I still think they should share more of what they’re creating.

Pros

Worked as a solo game designer. Learnt a lot during developing micro/mini game prototypes for brand gamification and integration. I reported to the founder directly with occasional involvement of the creative team working on core projects, worked on some crazy ideas during my tenure. Was given a plethora of new design tools to experiment on. I really had a great time working. It never felt like working... I had to leave as I got a more stable job at a bigger organisation but this small boutique startup played a big role in shaping my career. I learnt aesthetics and storytelling!

Cons

Too many things going on. I was shifted from product to services without any intimation which resulted in loosing my focus. Apart from this, no complaints.
