Pros
The work itself is fairly simple and easy to manage. The team is warm and welcoming, especially the sales team, and the clientele are pretty understanding and nice.
Cons
If management don't see you immediately talking to customers while you're still learning how to do your job, they'll put you on a PIP with no recordable, tangible metrics. Any achievements made are not even acknowledged, let alone appreciated.
