Employees get together twice a year in Germany for camaraderie building. Really smart data scientists and engineers. Good people all around.

Academic in nature which can make it difficult to get projects across the line. Lots of overviews, revisions, and discussions.

Quickly and successfully growing start-up with a good remote/hybrid policy. Many friendly and competent colleagues from all over the World, great work atmosphere both remotely and in the local office, people who actually believe in their product (battery-related SaaS), and a competent and well-grounded management make this a very pleasant employer.

I really don't have much to say here. Sometimes the workload may increase for a while if a deadline is approaching, but nothing unusual, and neither direct nor indirect pressure is applied. Wages cannot (yet) compete with Google, but are very competitive overall.
