      Great learning experience. A lot of young professionals.Good training workshops.

      Cons

      Mid-level management wasn't very helpful in training or giving feedback. Learnt a lot from previous employee who trained me and the training workshops.

      Pros

      The company is willing to train employees in different position within the company. From there, any employee can navigate to underwriting, management, accounting, or claims positions.

      Cons

      Depending on the department or area, office politics may get in the way of promotions or other opportunities. I suggest staying focused on your ultimate goal in you property-casualyt insurance career.
