      Pros

      The improvement for staff comfort and safety has slowly be increasing since I arrived. Our stations are spaced out yet connect to provide a stress free work zone and a family type space.

      Cons

      The management needs retraining on how to handle employees. Upper management does not care how good you work if you do not agree with everything they say. No time to think individually. What ever the mass says go.

      ACE has an amazing culture and is overall a great place to work. Good benefits, fair pay, awesome teams in all departments.

      Sometimes there is lack of overtime availability but no other complaints.
