      I am a different person from when I began just a few months ago. I can speak in front of people in different environments and the end goal is worth it! In the meantime the pay out has been WELL worth it

      I cannot think of a single con the Directors are very good to all of us and very understanding

      Pros

      Have the ability to move up in the company if you perform.

      Cons

      If you don’t produce your hours could get cut. Management does everything possible for this to not happen to you and will help you as much as they can but it can still be challenging.

      If there was any type of cons it would be simply that you have to work hard. That’s the mindset of an entrepreneur!!
