Pros
- very friendly and helping staff - the supervisor you're assigned with are easily approachable and will answer any question you have in regards on how to make your job better - very fun outings with clients along with others - they offer you opportunities to move up within the company - they provide you supervised hours that count towards those working to be BCBA or BCaBA certified
Cons
- it is difficult to get full-time right away. Been here for 4 months, and only work 16 hours a week.
