Clients hardly make progress because BI's are so poorly trained and supervisors are too overworked and stressed out to help train them. Supervisors don't use proper ABA terminology- Hence goals/programs are watered down ABA. Supervisors rarely overlap with their early intervention clients because upper management does not allow them to count those hours towards their required monthly billable hours so you have poorly trained BI's working in the field with no supervision.
