Pros

Over the years I've had some really great coworkers (you have to like what you do to last in this job) and when you can work in social groups and in the community as a group when you can see and work with other people, you learn a lot. If you only want to work a few hours a week while in school, it really is a good wage for just a few hours, but don't expect to get up to 25-30 very quickly (if at all). Most of the supervisors are really great and like what they do. When you end up with a good one on a tough case, they make all the difference in the world. You need that enthusiasm.

Cons

Management has changed a lot over the years and the company has really grown. However, there is not much communication about changes to the company and that would be really nice to know. BIs also get shafted on hours big time. That is part of the job and I get that, but we are still expected to take phone calls and answer emails and communicate to supervisors and often that happens after we are done billing the client. They say to do all this while with the client but that isn't really feasible. This has really improved with the databooks on the iPad but like I said below, if more contact/work is needed, it should be clear that this is okay and that we can bill for it. Otherwise you are just asking for another lawsuit. Also: training on iPads? I'm confused as to why people who have to be creative and flexible in how we teach children how to learn in their own unique ways, then expect new employees to learn about the job primarily through an iPad.

Pros

Team members were helpful and great to work with

Cons

Management. They’ve slowly started laying off multiple people and are relying on AI. They keep telling everyone not worry about their job which is difficult to do when they’re terminating everyone. Management does not care about you and you’ll be lucky to get a 50 cent raise once a year.
