Constant payroll hiccups (if you have any bills then don't bother working here) Minimal support for violent clients No pay when clients consistently cancel last minute No sense of communication or proper scheduling

Thank you for your broad insight. As with any growing organization in a dynamic industry, we have experienced some growing pains. Please know we are continually reassessing our staff's needs in an attempt to raise the bar in the quality of our systems and support departments. Team members were helpful and great to work with

Cons

Management. They’ve slowly started laying off multiple people and are relying on AI. They keep telling everyone not worry about their job which is difficult to do when they’re terminating everyone. Management does not care about you and you’ll be lucky to get a 50 cent raise once a year.
