Thank you for your broad insight. As with any growing organization in a dynamic industry, we have experienced some growing pains. Please know we are continually reassessing our staff's needs in an attempt to raise the bar in the quality of our systems and support departments. Increased clarity and communication is a shared vision of ours, and we are excited for our current roll out of a HIPAA compliant messaging solution that we hope will allow for even more efficient and effective communication company-wide.
