      Pros

      Great place to step foot in the door if you’re looking for a career in psychology, counseling or therapy. Very supportive environment and will give great training. Paid training and exams.

      Cons

      Hours are kinda wecky. Last min cancellations and calls to fill in. Not many hours sometimes and sometimes too far of a drive to clients without any compensation if you have only one client for the day.

      Team members were helpful and great to work with

      Cons

      Management. They’ve slowly started laying off multiple people and are relying on AI. They keep telling everyone not worry about their job which is difficult to do when they’re terminating everyone. Management does not care about you and you’ll be lucky to get a 50 cent raise once a year.
