Cons
You'll get sick from kids a lot. Overworked and underpaid BI. Overworked supervisor, they can't help much because they're rarely there for you. Minimum wage for training and traveling. One way. They stationed me in a area all by myself, so I can't take any days off because there is nobody to cover me. 6 split-shift days a week with no holidays off. The supervisors were supposed team-up with the BI once every 2 weeks for data collection, evaluation, and provide any materials you need. All the SV's were behind schedule, if not weeks then it would take them a month for the next visit. You'll find yourself making your own materials at home for your own clients.
