I don't know what all the previous are complaining about. Maybe there was a management shift. In the marketing department, the pay plan is epic if you aren't a complete turd. The benefits are decent. The atmosphere is relaxed but productive.

If you are a turd, this isn't likely a place for you.

Excellent team, easy to work with and very reasonable, comfortable pay

The work is highly repetitive, sometimes you have to politely fight with clients, customers constantly complain about dumb things.
