You're employed at ACHIEVE. You're not paid nearly what you deserve. You will not receive raises. Bonus's are taxed. You will be hit, kicked, screamed at for hours, have bodily fluids get on you, and be short staffed 24/7. Your concerns and complaints will be ignored. Your safety, mental and physical, are ignored. You are nothing more than a body to add to the staff count in a house. You could wind up in the hospital any shift you work. They do not care about you. Working here for the last year has been the worst mistake of my career.
