ACI Infotech was my second home for 4 years before i moved on to another opportunity. I worked out of the NJ Head Office as a development lead on the COE team for cutting edge product line. I had the greatest of the opportunities & resources , best minds, people and technology one could desire. Very professional and supportive organizational culture in nurturing talent and growth opportunities. Jag (CEO), a highly motivated individual with a huge IT background and I still recollect the days when he was in the board room during planning sessions, laying out the product vision, introducing his investors to the team, chalking out ideas, road map to delivery in the most agile fashion. The adaptive nature of the organization was a conducive environment for the team to grow and Jag made sure every individual was on-board with it. Jag and the L&D team made sure that the teams were nominated for learning opportunities and had frequent conversations about developmental goals. I also want to acknowledge the HR team (Easwari and Srini) for their relentlessly support in the big picture. I would highly recommend ACI Infotech.

Corporate Portal/ESS must be up to date with policies and procedures It would be great for the management to take the team out some times for a better bonding
