Pros
This place is great if you are at the very beginning of your career and need experience. Very low barrier to entry here so if you are motivated you have plenty of time to learn on your own. It's equally great if you are at the end of your career and are ready for the tar pits. You can simply sit and do nothing all day and still get paid. Get in and get out or stay and wither. Let's see what else...they do have heat in the wintertime, so that's good. Oh, and the roof does keep you dry in foul weather.
Cons
No where to go. At all. Very much a carrot-and-stick situation, but with no carrot. Only stick. They aren't concerned with any real growth or upward mobility. Not a whole lot of investment in the employees here either. Any why should there be? After all, your're lucky to have your job! What 'management' there is basically subscribes to a phone-it-in mentality. That way they don't have to do a whole lot of problem solving.
