Bad management. Due the thing that bonus provided in limited amount, management (except few of them) set bad goal on annual review to receive more bonus for themself. Don't want to protect staff, abuse them. Even few years after, colleagues report that "circus" is still on the place. And yes, good reminder from other reviews. Even that office located in central Dublin, the place around is not safe. At least once per month phone robbery on the street. Garda does nothing. No willing to move from as these office space quite cheap. Good point only that if you leave office after 8pm, you can order taxi.
