The company has an employee-friendly atmosphere. A person working here can learn a lot. Food is free. There is no hierarchy or cabin system, you can ask your doubts to anyone. The CEO of the company is very supportive of its employees and an amazing leader. Complaints are heard, actions are taken and no retaliation policy is strictly followed. Office hours are flexible. The company cares about the work and never forces its employees to push their working hours or burn the midnight oil. During the pandemic, it has stayed sympathetic and concerned for us.
