      It is glamourous. As in ACMA organizes Auto expo in India and abroad. There are delegates which ACMA employees take to foreign countries.; So you get lot of opportunities to visit foreign countries

      Cons

      It is typical government organization. Cash in hand is too less. you need to keep your manager happy. There is no career path defined here.

      Pros

      Energetic, small startup company with a unique market position.

      Cons

      Founder/ CEO has a history of firing employees frequently, and will remind you of this. Market position is a significant challenge, selling educational certifications to some of the most educated people on earth, people with MDs and PhDs and MBAs, frequently multiple advanced degrees, but somehow they need to be certified by this company with near-zero brand recognition, uneven marketing support, and a value proposition built on a cult of personality, a frequent drawback with entrepreneurial startups.
